I think most of the people who have been involved or interested in Plant Soc have at some point likely met me.

I am Seb, a third year PhD student and my work focuses on the value that plants bring to people and society. I teach plant ecology to both postgrads and undergrads here at Leeds but think that PlantSoc can benefit the wider university community by engaging with huge number of both staff and students who are interested in plants and foods of all kinds.

I am organized, motivated, and perhaps most importantly, I really care about people and plants. During my time here with LUU Plant Soc we as a society have already made real headway in engaging with a huge number of different student and staff member.

I want to continue this work developing a greener, more plant aware campus
