Events Officer
-Organise social events for members and committees.
-Maintain suitable connections between the university and third parties.
-Manage the administrative tasks of the event, e.g. venue booking, attending meetings with potential collaborators, contacting third parties for equipment or assistance.
-Ensure a backup plan in case anything happens during an event.
-Be prepared to step up and deliver public speeches.
-Work with committee members to deliver successful events :)
