- To be a secretary means organisation, time management and fun with paperwork.
- You need to be a good communicator and have an eye for organisation.
- To prepare, in conjunction with the president, the agenda for club/society meetings.
- Ensure that all members are kept informed of dates, times and venues for meetings.
- To take minutes of meetings and write up all minutes correctly and in good time.
- Maintain accurate records of the society's activities and initiatives, including attendance records, event registrations, and membership data.
