GYMNASTICS AGM 2026

Along with the President, ensure all club documentation is collated and updated so that the club is properly registered with the union.
-With the President and Media sec - create promotional material to be used at the freshers fair.
Along with the training secretary, arrange and organise transport for every session - booking taxis prior to each session, calculating drivers and seats. (look at options for GIAG)
Do the kit orders, create and collate orders from all the members, organise payments and distribute upon delivery.
Keep track of all leotards for each competition. Maintain the leotards in between use. Order new leotards, shorts, longs and scrunchies as needed.
Keep track of memberships and ticket sales on the Engage platform, updating them regularly.
Co Organising accommodation for competitions (BUCS/finals hotels).
Organising transport for competitions - booking hire cars and ensuring all drivers are registered - work with LUU for this. Consider coach options for future competitions.
Setting up and taking minutes at committee meetings.
Being present at training sessions (minimum 2 per week), working with members and supporting them and other committee members.
Book the club photo for the academic year.
Attend ALL competitions.
Check and reply to emails going to the email account and social media regularly.
Complete the UGC judging course and judge at competitions.
Assist with other roles when needed.
