GYMNASTICS AGM 2026

You must have a decent understanding of the sport!
Help VP keep track of leotards.
Have a good understanding of the sport and how competitions are set up and run.
Understand UGC levels and matrices.
Complete the UGC judging course (basic gymnastics judging course and exam) to be able to judge at UGC competitions
Attend all competitions (if you can't ensure another committee member is available to fulfil your responsibilities).
Encourage members to compete and make sure they're supported all the way (in training and at the comp).
Coordinate all gymnasts for competitions.
Ensure routines are all correct and signed off by the coaches - collate all start value sheets for all UGC and BUCS comps and ensure floor music is submitted on time.
Coordinate necessary competitions with Beckett and Leeds coaches.
Ensure at competitions all info is communicated (eg. timings, car travel etc) - complete documents prior to every competition collating this information.
Communicate with Training Sec and assist them at training.
Ensure competitions as well as training is as inclusive as possible and that every member has an equal opportunity to be included regardless of skill, gender, age, race etc.
