Hey everyone, my name is Adia and I’m a 2nd year law student at Leeds Uni! I’m so excited to be running for Media and PR! I've always been passionate about social media and I've enjoyed working in social media and PR roles in various clubs and jobs since secondary school! Due to this past and current experience, I'm quite proficient in using Canva and instagram!

I joined BWP at the beginning of the school year and I’ve had an amazing time attending events as a member. I hope that if elected, I can not only continue to create a safe space for black girls on campus, but use social media to promote and highlight this safe space for other black girls in Leeds to see.

I've always loved social media and creating and I hope to channel this love as a Media & PR officer at BWP.
