Hi !! I’m Eve and this is my manifesto to run for the position of PR officer. I am currently a first year Digital Media student. I decided to run for this position because i enjoy creating graphic designs for different media, and thats one job PR officer has to do !! hehe perfect right ? ;)
I am hardworking and want to show my best to people, so i am running for the role i feel confident that i will reach your satisfaction !! I have design knowledge to be able to create social media posts weekly, I am organised so would be able to manage and dedicate time to the society’s social media, and im also really friendly so would be happy to respond to any messages KDS instagram would recieve - I’ll send a smiley face at the end of my replies :D
Another reason i wanted to apply for committee in general is because I want to get the most out of my Uni experience and push myself !! Being on a committee is something new for me, but i would like to have a chance to do something like this because it would be something i could enjoy lots.

Hi everyone, my name is Jenna, and I am currently studying Fashion Marketing! Social media and PR has always been something I have been very passionate about and wish to peruse as a career; I enjoy it as it allows me to be creative and I feel I can utilise this to enhance KDS as a society.

In addition to the pre-existing responsibilities, as PR officer I would like to increase interaction and feedback opportunities for society members, ensuring that everyone feels heard and represented within the society. This would include more opportunities to contribute ideas, thoughts and opinions through Instagram story polls and anonymous Google forms, making it easy and accessible for members. Also, I would love to build and promote an active KDS TikTok account; this would serve as a relaxed and fun online community space for members to interact with one another. I would like to make and post creative video content from committee, core group and society members, including but not limited to: short and simple video dance tutorials, short dance covers, behind the scenes videos and mini-vlogs and Kpop TikTok trends. This allows everyone to get involved with KDS online, allowing members to grow their dance skills and confidence and interact with committee and core group in a relaxed, informal online environment.
