Heya! This is Akshita, I'm 21 and currently pursuing my second year in business management with marketing. this year I am applying for the role of Tech Officer for the KDS committee. As someone who has learnt a lot from this society, I would love to give something back and I believe I could do that to the best of my ability by being a part of the committee. With past photography, editing and videography experience and experience with Discord, I am certain I can do well in this role. My goals would include being more active on Discord and maintaining engagement with the cover group members in case they need my help in any way.

Hello! I am Rachael and I have been a self-taught dancer for the past 7 years. I've participated in core group, teaching multiple tutorials, as well as being a member of Nationals Competition 2023 and Inter-comp 2022. Therefore, I am thrilled to be running as your Tech Officer. Being in KDS this past year, I have witnessed my personal growth and therefore would love to contribute by taking part in the committee! As your 2023-2024 Tech Officer, I am certain that I am able to deliver efficient and accurate up-to-date information to all KDS members and committee on discord. Moreover, as an individual with ample experience with videography, editing and YouTube, my aim is to bring light to KDS's YouTube channel and allow viewers to enjoy high quality cover dances and other interactive content! In order to achieve this, my aim as a Tech Officer is to film KDS content with a professional camera that is accessible for all committee members to use. With all this in mind, my overall vision for KDS is to create a non-judgmental and liberating technological space and for all our members to express their interests.
