Key responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the finances of the Society
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts with the LUU Cash Office only
- Submitting subsidy and grant applications to Activities Executive
- Supporting the Vice President with regard to the financial expenses of social events
- Maintaining an inventory of physical items owned by the society (e.g. promotional banner)
- Maintaining an account of subscriptions and other recurring costs (e.g. studio block-booking expenses)
- Producing a termly report and yearly budget
- Submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the Society’s Annual General Meeting
