Your role as Captain of LUU Taekwondo includes
- Take ultimate responsibility for club
- Act as 'face' of the club
- Delegate work between committee members (depending on how busy everyone is, also take up some work- help each other out when one member can't do something etc.)
- Manage committee- ensure committee members do their work & support them where necessary
- Hold regular meetings with the committee (advisable). Must chair & send agenda in advance Chair the AGM
