Treasurer 

•  Complete the LUU Cash Office induction and be a registered signatory of the accounts
• Complete the Gryphon Club Budgeting before the start of term and at the end of semester 1 to ensure the society receives funding from LUU
• Setting/changing prices of products to make sure funds are sufficient through the year
• Making spreadsheets of total yearly expenses to summarise and clarify costs of competition, entry fees, average fuel costs, social costs etc
• Along with the President and Vice, make decisions regarding the potential subsidisation of expenses for members. This may include subsidies for the cost of transport and or accommodation for competitions and social events, as well as Ball, and kit orders for committee. 
• Ensure the society's accounts are regularly checked and keep note of the current balance throughout the year. 
• Responsible for completing the budget for the upcoming year
• Ensure all invoices are paid to the club, competitions and external companies
• Liaise with student Activities to ensure funding is paid into the accounts for the year
• Liaise with LGC & NWG about training sessions and payments.
• Pay any invoices sent immediately, including UGC, LGC, NWG and BUCS payments.
• Reimburse members where necessary in a timely manner.
