As Competition Secretary, you will be responsible for organising and overseeing all aspects of the society’s participation in competitions. This includes handling the administrative side of entering competitions and ensuring all required details are completed on time.

You will carry out risk assessments for each competition and help ensure that welfare is maintained for all participants. The role also involves managing society kit, including organising its use, storage, and maintenance after competitions.

In addition, you will coordinate team selection and confirm attendance for each competition, as well as organise transport to and from events. Where possible, you may also explore opportunities for kit sponsorship to support the society.
