Hi everyone!

I’m Iwan, and I hope to be your next treasurer for the University of Leeds Dodgeball Society!

A bit about me….I’m going into my final year of Mechanical Engineering, and I like to fo gym, hiking, Formula 1, and taekwondo. I’ve had a lot of fun this year, both during the training sessions and the socials, and it was great getting to know people in the society!

My aim as treasurer is to make sure that finances are clear and accurate, and I am looking forward to help provide resources for the society to grow. My primary goal next year is to design and source a new kit for the society!

I believe I would make a good treasurer as I’m organised, and I have good time management skills. Over the past 2 years, I have been on the Leeds Gryphon Racing Society committee, working with a budget for engineering tasks, and was a course representative in my second year, so I understand the extra responsibility and commitment I will be taking on. I usually don’t miss a Saturday session, and having been to a few tournaments, I understand the structure of the society well. I’m passionate about dodgeball, having been a member now for nearly two years, and I would love to get more involved with the organisation of the society next year!
