• President 
  • oversee the society, committee and all events 
  • organising meetings and socials
  • ensuring deadlines are met 
  • organising collaborations with other societies 
• Secretary 
  • help with the organisation of the society 
  • organising socials 
• Treasurer 
  • oversee the society's finances 
  • keeping track of the inflow and outflow of money 
  • ensuring events can be financed 
  • ensuring profit maximisation 
• Sports Secretary 
  • ensure continuous and successful running of mech eng sports teams 
  • organising sports socials/ activities for non-team members throughout the year
• Social Secretary 
  • planning and organising social events
  • ensuring diversity and inclusivitiy is accounted for in all social events 
• Tech Officer 
  • managing social media 
  • increasing social media engagement 
  • keeping members and non members updated with upcoming events 
  • posting and producing creative posts for social media accounts
