SSAGO Membership Representative (SSAGO Rep)

The specific roles and responsibilities of the SSAGO Rep include:

- representing the society at the tri-annual SSAGO Rep’s meeting at Rally or online, or ensure an elected society member is present if unable to attend

- informing the society of all pertinent information from SSAGO, this may include feedback from SSAGO Reps meetings and SSAGO AGM and/or EGM information

- supporting members in registering to vote in the SSAGO AGM

- liaising with local Scouting and Girlguiding to find units for members who wish to volunteer whilst they are in Leeds

- supporting members in signing up to SSAGO website and signing up to National SSAGO events

- promoting Regional and National SSAGO events, including Rallies, Ball and Fresher’s Camp in conjunction with the Media Secretary
