I am Liam Mayall and I am about to enter my third and final year at the University of Leeds studying Computer Science and Mathematics. I am the current treasurer of the society and I am seeking reelection. I think I will be good for the role due to my experience of being treasurer. It would mean that the skills needed for the role would not have to be retaught so there would be a sense of stability. It would also allow me to help out new people on the committee with their roles as I will be very familiar with knowing how each role is supposed to work. I have also proven to be quite responsible and can take tough decisions while also allowing our members to get the most back from the funds we receive. For a sense of stability in such an important role, vote for Liam as your treasurer for the next year.

As Treasurer, I would love to be on the committee of such an inclusive society which has made me feel very welcome and also challenged my game with some excellent competition. I feel this role best suits me from my skills already gained in finance, maths, and Excel work to ensure budgets are allocated fairly and to the best use in the society. Working amongst other committee members is something which I would thoroughly look forward to doing, and from past experiences in team building and leadership, I feel I would strive in this environment. If successful, I would take full responsibility to ensure I am available if anyone ever has any queries or suggestions, and work hard to make the society an enjoyable and interactive experience for all - in person, and behind the scenes.
