As President, you will be expected to oversee the running of projects, delegate tasks among committee members, act as the main point of contact between the society and LUU, chair meetings committee meetings and check in with project leaders on a regular basis. This is not to say that you will be making any final decisions alone, but you will be working collaboratively with your committee and project leaders to ensure that the Rotaract Club runs smoothly as a team. Thus, the Rotaract Club President will need to be a highly organised individual who can plan the running of society events, work as part of a team, communicate ideas effectively and have a genuine passion for helping charities and improving communities.
