The Secretary is the main point of contact for the society and thus will need to be a clear communicator who can inform and respond to questions and queries in an efficient time manner. Furthermore, the role involves taking and organising notes from meetings, checking in with the wellbeing of committee members, creating events on Engage or any external sites (such as Eventbrite) and promoting events on Instagram and group chats.

This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys doing admin work.
