The Welfare Officer will help ensure that BWP remains a welcoming, supportive and inclusive community for all members. They will be a point of contact for members who may need support, signpost students towards appropriate university and external wellbeing services when necessary, and help the committee understand and respond to members’ needs. They will also support the planning of wellbeing-focused activities and initiatives that encourage members to look after themselves, build confidence and feel connected to the BWP community.
