Treasurer
Responsibilities / Requirements Include:
Collaborate closely with co-presidents and secretary within the core committee.
Guide the committee on optimal expenditure targets and event grants.
Supervise the management of society event fees and membership.
Coordinate with co-presidents and events officer to strategize budget planning.
Monitor the society's bank account balance.
Support and collaborate with committee members.
Maintain detailed records of expenditures and annual budgets for presentation at the Annual General Meeting.
Monitor merchandise inventory and upkeep.
Participation in the European Affairs Society Network is mandatory.
