The secretary plays a key role in keeping the society organised and on track. They work closely with the president to ensure everything runs smoothly and are responsible for creating and organising meeting notes for each committee meeting. The secretary keeps track of event planning and reminds members of important deadlines for events and meetings. They also assist the social media secretary and president with communications via email and social media, and help with completing forms and documentation.
