Treasurer:

The Treasurer shall be responsible for:

a. Overseeing the Prayer Spaces Team;

b. Ensuring the Society’s financial soundness;

c. Maintaining a record of all financial transactions of the Society;

d. Producing an annual budget for the Society;

e. Ensuring membership/ session/ match fees/ invoices are paid;

f. Exploring potential income opportunities (events/ sponsorship/ partnership/ merchandise);

g. Communicating with financial stakeholders and ensuring contractual obligations regarding finances are fulfilled by the Society, and

h. Acting as the main contact with the LUU Cash Office.
