Hey, I’m Saanvi (she/her), a Psychology student, passionate advocate, and your former Social Sec — and I’m running to be your next Uni Boob Team President!
This society is more than cute boob puns (though we do love those). It’s about life-saving awareness, empowerment, and creating a space where people feel confident, supported, and seen. I’ve loved being part of that as Social Sec, and now I’m ready to lead.
As President, I’ll bring:
-Bigger, bolder campaigns that make early detection impossible to ignore
- Fun, inclusive events that educate and uplift (with zero awkwardness)
-Mental health-informed leadership that puts people before pressure
-Open communication and real team support — no one left in the dark (or doing it all alone)
I’ve got the experience, the ideas, and the drive to lead this team with heart, humour, and zero fear of shouting about boobs in public. Let’s make next year braver, louder, and full of impact!

Hi, I’m Frankie and I’m running for the role of president, hoping to support the society and increase awareness of life-saving information to all uni of Leeds students. My experience as Show Rep on the Modern Dance Committee this year has equipped me with valuable leadership and team management skills, which I can apply to drive the society forward. I understand the importance of clear communication, effective event planning having organised 2 shows this year and assisted with the larger LUU show, and fostering a sense of community—skills I have developed through my involvement in committee work.
As an econ student finishing my year in industry I am well equipped to ensure that the society's resources are utilised efficiently and that we are maximizing our impact in raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. I am committed to enhancing visibility across the university, establishing new partnerships, and ensuring that our activities remain aligned with the broader goals of the society. By focusing on inclusivity, transparency, and collaboration, I aim to strengthen the foundation of the society, making the impact of the society bigger and better than ever! This has been a focus of mine on the Modern committee this year and proved successful as I was part of a team that introduced the first BSL supported performances in LUU theatres.
