Dear Members of the Indian Student Association,

With great enthusiasm and dedication, I am honored to announce my candidacy for the position of president of our esteemed Indian Student Association (ISA). Having served as secretary last year and previously as treasurer and promotional representative, I am deeply committed to the values, goals, and vibrant spirit of our association.

During my tenure as an active member and leader within ISA, I have witnessed the incredible potential and talent within our community. From celebrating our rich cultural heritage to supporting one another in academic and personal endeavors, ISA serves as a cornerstone of unity and belonging for Indian students on our campus.

ISA is more than just a student organization; it is a family away from home. I will work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every member feels valued, supported, and connected. Through social events, community service initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with other student organizations, we will strengthen the bonds of friendship and unity within our ISA family.

Our voices matter, and I am committed to advocating for the needs and interests of Indian students on campus. I will serve as a vocal advocate for issues that impact our community, whether it's access to resources, cultural competency training for faculty and staff, or support for international students. Together, we will amplify our voices and effect positive change for the benefit of all.

As your president, I will uphold the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of our association's operations. I will maintain open lines of communication, actively seek input from members, and ensure that decisions are made in the best interests of the entire ISA community.

I am Dwarak Girish Reddy and am standing as a your presidential candidate for ISA 2024-25, I'm dedicated to guiding our society with a vision that puts our members' varied needs and interests first.

I am committed to improving membership benefits first and foremost. We make sure that our community is open and welcoming to everyone by providing special member rates for all events, all the while giving our devoted members something extra.

I am enthusiastic about organizing home-like get-togethers that uphold tradition and give everyone in Leeds a feeling of home and community. These gatherings will enhance the ties that bind our community together while honoring the diversity of our cultures.

Improving academic performance is crucial for our members' personal and professional development. I'm dedicated to organizing seminars, workshops, and collaborations with esteemed organizations to promote internships, presenting worthwhile chances for career development.

Sports are an important for our culture, I will strive to routinely host inter-university and inter-society sporting events. Further, I will routinely plan a wide variety of social events, such as treasure hunts, board game nights, and bonfires to create a lively and cohesive community.

As president, I am committed to listening to the voices of our members and working collaboratively to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
