Treasurer

- Complete the LUU Cash Office induction and be a registered signatory of the accounts

- Setting/changing prices of products to make sure funds are sufficient through the year

- Making spreadsheets of total yearly expenses to summarise and clarify costs of competition, entry fees, average fuel costs, social costs etc

- along with the President and Vice, make decisions regarding the potential subsidization of expenses for members. This may include subsidies for the cost of transport and or accommodation for competitions and social events. 

- Ensure the society's accounts are regularly checked and keep note of the current balance throughout the year. 

- Responsible for completing the budget for the upcoming year

- Ensure all invoices are paid to the club, competitions and exnternal companies

- Liase with student Activities to ensure funding is paid into the accounts for the year
