Fundraising and Comms
- Repsonsible for the social media accounts for the club
- Responsible for ensuring all emails to the email are responded to quickly and adequatley
- Organising sponsorships with the companies for the development of the club
- hold fundraising events for the society and for chairities at least twice a year or aim for once a term
-Ensure risk assessments are carried out for these events
- Attend meetings and events with sponsors to keep good working relationships
- Create a new Facebook page for the academic year, keep members in the group orderly, and only members who have membership get added to chats
- Responsible for organising videography/photography at competitions and training
- Communicate with Leeds Sport to utilise their support and media promotion
-Communicate with members regularly to ensure that the society supports them and encourage their involvement in fundraising
- Keep all social media outlets up to date with links to Instagram posts.
