Social Secretary

The Social Secretary is responsible for organising and coordinating enjoyable social activities that the society participates in (excluding cue-related events, of course). They will plan regular socials for members and work closely with the core committee to ensure these run smoothly, as well as helping to promote the society and its events.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Planning and organising regular socials for society members
• Working with the core committee to coordinate and ensure socials run smoothly
• Helping to promote the society and its events across relevant channels
• Being a point of contact for social-related queries and logistics

This person should be organised, creative, and passionate about bringing people together!

General committee expectations

• To be an active member of the society - i.e., attending regular sessions and socials
• To set a good example of behaviour, both online and in person
• To work with the committee members to organise events and general society stuff
