Club Captain 

The Club Captain is responsible for overseeing team selection and the development of players within the society. They have the freedom to develop members' skills however they see fit, whether through structured drills, group sessions, or 1-to-1 coaching. They will also have the final say on team selections for external and BUCS tournaments.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Overseeing team selection for external and BUCS tournaments
• Developing players' skills through drills, group sessions, or 1 to 1 sessions
• Monitoring player progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Working with the committee to ensure competitive representation of the society

This person should be passionate about the sport, a natural leader, and committed to getting the best out of every member!

General committee expectations

• To be an active member of the society - i.e., attending regular sessions and socials
• To set a good example of behaviour, both online and in person
• To work with the committee members to organise events and general society stuff
