Tournament Secretary 

The Tournament Secretary is responsible for managing all things tournament related, working alongside the core committee and other universities to get Leeds teams competing across the country. They will play a key role in securing opportunities for the society to participate in competitions and bring home silverware!

Specific responsibilities include:

• Applying and registering teams for BUCS competitions in combination with the Club Captain
• Registering teams for other external competitions and tournaments
• Coordinating logistics to get Leeds teams competing around the country
• Working with other universities to organise and arrange competitive fixtures
• Organising and running in-house tournaments for society members

This person should be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about competitive success for the society!

General committee expectations

• To be an active member of the society - i.e., attending regular sessions and socials
• To set a good example of behaviour, both online and in person
• To work with the committee members to organise events and general society stuff
