Social Media Secretary

The Social Media Secretary is responsible for managing the society's online presence and social media channels, while also supporting the Social Secretary in organising and running socials.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing the society's Instagram, handling general enquiries and keeping the page active and engaging
• Creating and posting content to promote the society, its events and socials
• Supporting the Social Secretary in the planning and running of socials
• Designing graphics and promotional materials for the society

This person should have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva and a keen eye for content creation!

General committee expectations:

• To be an active member of the society - i.e., attending regular sessions and socials
• To set a good example of behaviour, both online and in person
• To work with the committee members to organise events and general society stuff
