Treasurer
This position is responsible with all the finances of the society i.e handling and distributing all the money earned through sponsorships, memberships and the gryphon fund
Specific responsibilities include
- Budgeting and tracking finances for the society
- Point of contact for our societies sponsors and partners
- All things ticket related
- Submitting forms for the Gryphon Fund and GIAGs
This person should be skilled in Excel and at mathing
General committee expectations
- To be an active member of the society - i.e attending regular sessions and socials
- To set a good example of behaviour both online and in person
- To work with the committee members to organise events and general society stuff
