The two Welfare Secs are responsible for the wellbeing of all our members, through ensuring that we are an inclusive, caring and supportive community. They will be responsible for dealing with, or escalating, any issues that members may be having with/within the club, and outside the club. This year we are furthering the role, so you will also be responsible for ensuring that a rota is produced to keep the kit clean, an important part of the wellbeing of our players - clean kit = happy players :)
