Club Captain

Club Captain is a key role for the society and is responsible for the organisation of the fixtures for each of our three teams. They will regularly be in contact with BUCS and the university, to ensure each fixture for the teams runs smoothly. They also have the role of organising Christie cup and Varsity with the university each year.

At the start of the year, the club captain will need to organise the trials with the coach for the three BUCS teams as well as a re-trial in January. 

Historically, our club captains have played in our first team and have covered sessions when required with an absent coach. It is paramount that the club captain is wholly involved in the playing part of the society, especially in attending trainings!
