Your role as Vice-president will be to support the President in the running of the society, and be able to make important decisions on the President’s behalf when they are unable to. You will be expected to support the other committee members in their roles, and ensure the society is running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the President organise and oversee the running of LUU Rock & Alternative Society
- Step in for the President if they are unable to attend meetings or make executive decisions
- Supporting the President produce an annual report
- Supporting the President ensure there is an up to date entry in the Club/Society’s LUU webpage
- Ensure code of conduct, including LUU Rock and Alternative Society’s zero tolerance policy, and risk assessments are communicated to all members
