I'm applying for the Donor Recruitment Coordinator role at Leeds Marrow because I’ve really enjoyed supporting this cause through volunteering at Swabathon events and would love to get more involved behind the scenes! Donor recruitment is an incredibly meaningful way to raise awareness and gain public support for patients in need, and I am confident I have the skills and experience to support the Leeds Marrow mission.

I’ve had plenty of experience organizing and managing events in a team. As part of the FBS Global Community Builders Team, I regularly handle communications on our social media pages and organize events with the aim of fostering interconnectedness between home and international students in the FBS. My work in medical writing and communications has further helped me develop my communication skills!

I’m organized, reliable, and proactive, and I’d be happy to take care of things like bookings, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly. Overall, I really enjoy being part of Leeds Marrow and would love the chance to contribute more to the team in this role!
