The transport secretary is responsible for sourcing transport for the club throughout the year.
Their main responsibilities include -
Registering club drivers with the university to ensure they are covered by the university's insurance.
Liaising with captains and club drivers to ensure that the club can transport all their teams to away games, tournaments and events.
Liaising with the treasurer to effectively budget transport costs to keep them as cheap as possible.
Hiring cars for club drivers, if needed.
