The social secretaries are responsible for the organisation of regular socials which are fun, friendly and accessible.
Their main responsibilities include -
Organising socials with a wide appeal that are inclusive, including sober socials.
Liaising with the treasurer to budget socials throughout the year.
Safeguarding club members on socials and ensuring the reputation of the club and university are reflected in behaviour on socials.
Being a friendly and approachable face that encourages new members and makes them feel especially welcome in the club.
