- Maintaining membership records containing at least the name and membership category of all Club/Society’s members
- Producing agenda documents for all meetings and writing minutes
- Maintaining an up-to-date copy of the Club/Society constitution
- Ensuring society documentation is archived
- Organising the shadow scheme
- Working with the Communications officer on email correspondence for the society
