IM coordinator is a joint role, so half the work but double the fun. This role basically involves running social netball, a one-hour session each week. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience coaching, although no official qualifications are required, and to share your netball skills. Normally each session has up to 30 girls arrive, although I’m sure this can and will be expanded to boys too and you can plan whatever you want, normally warm up games, skills and then match play. The role isn’t too much work but is very rewarding as you get to see the girls progress weekly and apply skills you’ve taught/ worked on with them, would definitely recommend :)
