At the start of the year, you need to work with sponsorship sec and make the arrangements with RPP/ Popworld/ Mischeif to sort room/tickets for every Wednesday. (Or wherever the club chooses)

You need to be responsible and able to look after anyone if they need it! But also be able to have fun and make Wednesdays run smoothly!

Every Wednesday you need to come up with some fun socials and games, think about including everyone and doing games where people can get to know each other. You also get to choose the themes and what the freshers come as!

Socials are a place where new freshers can meet everyone and make friends! You need to be friendly, have a good social gage of who wants to get stuck in and who is happy watching.

Big socials such as varsity/Christie cup need to be sorted with events sec as they are different to normal socials!

You need to also organise tour!
