This role is a very exciting and a senior position within the committee.

You need to be very organised and able to support the club captain and the rest of the committee in a variety of ways.

•Organising pre-season timetables, booking court space and liaising with coaches to ensure everything runs smoothly

•Booking court space for any extra sessions e.g. tournaments, trials etc..

•Organising fitness sessions with sponsors (e.g exercise for less etc..)

•Overseeing transport, fixtures and umpiring secs and supporting these roles when necessary

•Making sure equipment is in good condition - pumping balls, washing bibs

•Making sure captain bags are fully stocked (ice packs, tape, student IDs, bibs etc..)

•Supporting the club captain, coaching scholar and the rest of the exec in any way possible

 It’s a big role with lots of responsibility but absolutely worth it and essential to the day to day running of the club! Any questions please let me know !!
