Hi, I'm Julia Swinglehurst, a second year food science and nutrition student, and I would really love to have this role as social sec. I have loved all the socials this year, and would want to carry on organising some great socials, like the Otley run, and the Christmas ball. I would love to plan some socials like pub quizzes and more relaxed socials along with the club nights. I want to create as much opportunities for people to socialise, and make some great friends within the Food Science and Nutrition course. I would also love to have some less intimidating socials at the start of the year, to encourage more freshers to come along and meet people from their course. I would listen to suggestions, as I want everyone to enjoy the socials. If you vote for me, I will work hard to bring you a great year!
