As a dedicated founder and three-year President of A2M, I've gained a deep understanding of our society's core values and operating needs. My tenure has been marked by consistent leadership, fostering robust community spirit, and successfully addressing the challenges of building a successful organization from the ground up. Now, I look forward to using this experience as Events and Fundraising Representative for two key goals. Firstly, I would want to spearhead organizing A2M's inaugural conference, a landmark event meant to facilitate knowledge exchange, professional networking, and collaborative opportunities for our members. This will entail meticulous planning, synchronized strategy, and a deep understanding of the interests of our community. Second, I am committed to developing and implementing robust fundraising strategies to ensure the financial security and sustained growth of A2M. This will involve diversifying funding sources, establishing relationships with potential sponsors, and organizing fun and engaging fundraising events to support both the conference and future society events. My record of being capable of leading, organising, and communicating, combined with my passion for A2M's mission, qualifies me to be the ideal person to lead these initiatives and make a significant contribution to the success of our society.
