Luc Tilley for Treasurer – Squash 2025/26
Back Bigger Budgets, Better Socials, and a Stronger Club!

I’m Luc Tilley, a regular face at our socials and someone who’s passionate about both the competitive and community side of our club. I’m running for Treasurer because I believe our finances can do more for you.

Here’s what I’m bringing to the table:

Bigger Budgets for Better Socials:
As someone who rarely misses a squash social, I know how integral they are to the club. If elected, I’ll work to secure significantly larger allowances for socials, so we can go bigger, better, and more often.

Securing Sponsors, Boosting Funds:
I’ll actively bring in local sponsors with a history of backing squash clubs. This will increase our annual budget and give us more financial freedom across the board.

Cheaper, More Inclusive Membership:
With sponsor support, I’ll subsidize membership fees to make the club more accessible for everyone - no one should miss out for financial reasons.

New ‘Buddy Fee’ Scheme:
Want to bring a friend to a social without the full cost? I’ll introduce a low-cost buddy fee, so members can invite mates to join in- and maybe even recruit some future squash stars along the way!

Give me Treasurer. I will handle the workload efficiently and ahead of schedule. I will be very transparent with the society and the university, increasing and holding onto funds used to extend the society's influence and fun had, collecting membership money and working close with event sec, for everyones benefit. I love money.
