Being Secretary involves being in charge of all the admin whilst helping the President and Vice-President with the smooth running of the society! Having good organisational and time management skills is great for this role. Key responsibilities involve:
- Filling risk assessment and code of conduct documents
- Maintaining a written record of all meetings
- Maintaining RocSoc's membership records
- Producing agenda documents for all meetings
