Being Social Secretary is all about being in charge of organising socials and contacting event organisers for the society. Key responsibilities include:
- Organising regular RocSoc's socials (such as fridge to fridge, pub quizzes, Otley runs etc.)
- Planning the Christmas and Summer Ball (alongisde the rest of the committee)
- Liaising with event organisers and external companies to provide sponsorships for the society
