The University of Leeds Sri Lankan Society was formed in September 2023, and we have had an amazing year so far. It was a bit rough having lots of new things to grasp and starting off with little to no funds. But the year has nevertheless been amazing and we hope that we have been able to create our fellow Sri Lankan students a space to meet, socialise and have fun over the past year. 

We are now looking for a second consecutive year of running the society and would love to handover our progress to a group that is passionate about the culture and its representation here at the University of Leeds! It is also a great way to showcase leadership and responsibility to boost your CV.
