TREASURER
As treasurer you will oversee the financial side of the society, approving and monitoring society expenses, including invoices for dance shows, socials and competitions. The role involves working closely with fellow committee members such as Costume and Merch Sec to budget and pay for costumes, monitor merch payments on engage and pay the invoices to the merch companies. It also includes working with the cash office to transfer money, book card readers and ensure the society has sufficient funds.
