SECRETARY

Secretary is mainly an admin role, which is really easy to manage alongside dancing and uni studies. Your main responsibilities are replying to certain emails, taking minutes at committee meetings, helping with Riley nominations and other bits of communication you may be asked to help with. You also now have a role in growing our connections with Leeds Health and Homes and any other relevant charities to give the society and its members more opportunities to get involved with the Leeds community as well as more opportunities to share our Irish dancing. As it is a smaller role than some other committee roles you also are there to help others with their roles around busy periods e.g Discussions and tasks Exec have to sort, event sec around Paddy’s and Xmas show.
