- Be responsible for representing the Society on the official website, LUU website, and all official social media platform
- Ensuring the Club/Society LUU webpage, and, if applicable, own website and/or Facebook or similar social media sites, are maintained in line with relevant LUU policy.
- Be responsible for designing of the Society’s marketing collaterals (IG posts, stories, reels)
- Be responsible for coverage of all official Society events
- Be responsible for pitching events to the committee
- Be responsible for scheduling events
- Keep track of key dates
- Advise on event dates during planning meeting
